Through the Eyes of Our Soul: Redefining Power, Understanding Shadow Work & Dealing with Pain with Tom Jacobs

I'm not even sure where to start when it comes to Tom and his work. After connecting with him in late 2024, I was seeking for deeper guidance/mentorship with working with some of my deepest fears I was unable to move through and which has kept me chained to living life from a disempowered place. I was done with feeling that way. So I e-mailed Tom and soon after, we had our first call.

Tom was an evolutionary astrologer, medium and channel who's work was predominately geared towards helping people move through pain and grieve loss, understand themselves better and learn how to live in more harmony with life; how to co-create with life so we can heal victimhood, come out of shame and learn how to embrace creative nature, creative power and ultimately, make life more meaningful.

Tom's work hit the nail on the head.

In this episode, Tom talks us through what, in his understanding, healing truly is and where it begins; how to work through conditioning and what is shadow work. My favourite part was probably hearing his re-definition of Power, self-love & confidence and how understanding our own human nature allows us to come out of shame and enable us to stop looking at others through a judgemental lens which usually appears in the presence of unconscious shadow within us.

I'm deeply saddened to share that Tom has crossed over not long after we recorded this podcast episode. However, his work lives on through his YouTube channel and his website where he generously shared many learning materials and information for free.
