As a little girl, I always felt a profound depth to how I experienced life; I struggled to relate to my peers and often felt unseen and misunderstood by family members.

 

But I related to things unseen and to a power that felt greater than me.

My Earthly journey so far has been a beautiful story of unravelling and growth. Despite the very many trials and errors, "down on my knees" moments, my curiosity to understand the why's and getting to the crux of our humanly experiences, has taken me on my own path back Home.

​

Today, I find great joy in teaching breathwork, facilitating bodywork and connecting with other gifted and dedicated therapists with an intention to unite and collaborate on offering practical tools for anyone in need of support on their growth journey.
 

I share what I feel brings us closer to self-acceptance, truth, personal power and God.

 

I don't subscribe to any particular modality or belief system but rather look at growth like it's a unique personal jigsaw puzzle we all are tasked to put together and finally see the fullness of our nature.

And finding a way to love the heck out of it.

 

There isn't a manual, but by taking note of reoccurring life themes and experiences at hand, like they are pieces of the puzzle leading us to fullness of who we are, we can choose to ask,  what is it trying to teach me and what is it trying to tell me? Where's the opportunity for growth here?

This has been my personal experience and the attitude I bring to my work.

My biggest wish is for us to nurture that connection to our inner-guidance and remember that nothing in life is against us. That we're always held and there's always a way through.
