Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is a combination of deep tissue massage, gentle movements and tractions of the joints and assisted passive stretches that come from yoga practises (including breathwork work and mobilisations). So it’s an all inclusive combination of remedial massage which creates space for mental clarity, physiological and emotional release and a returned sense of feeling grounded in your body. Which is a must to be able to operate in the world as it is today - full of distractions and noise, louder than our own inner voice. It helps soften tight muscles and the stretches, tractions and mobilisations help to relax tight muscle fibres and other tissues (such as fascia and other connective tissues), improves the quality of muscles and tendons, increases breathing capacity, range of movement and helps improve body alignment.

Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy: 1.1 Where possible 24 hours of notice is required for all cancellations. 1.2 Notice of less than 12 hours will incur the forfeiture of the session with no opportunity of re-use or refund. 2. Lateness Policy: 2.1 If the client is late for a session, the session will NOT be extended and will end at the appointed time of finish. 2.2 If the trainer is late, additional time will be added to that session or subsequent sessions. 3. Refund Policy: 3.1 In general all monies paid and due under this contract are non refundable under any circumstance except for medical incapacity or personal reasons which shall be discussed in good faith with Growth is Grace. 3.2 The maximum possible refund is 50% of the contracted one-to-one or package cost in the event that NO sessions have been used and a proportionately lower refund should any actual sessions have taken place. For the avoidance of doubt, if no sessions have been used then a 50% refund will be made.
